We all know the sun is not good for our skin, but we need to be in the sun to get our Vitamin D levels up and boost our moods. I am going to assume we are all wearing sunscreen to protect our skin from sun damage. What about after you have been in the sun? Well I have a recipe for you, it has been tried and tested.
This spray rehydrates and smells delightful. Thank you! –Cass
As I began my journey into wellness and naturopath I started to explore more products I could make myself using organic all natural products to care for my body. With all the toxins and pollution, in the things we eat, the air we breathe and many products we use, I wanted to try and be more cautious. As I learned about natural ingredients and their benefits I learned how to mix ingredients, creating safe and healthy products I could use on my body.
One day after being in the sun, I showered and realized how dry my skin was and I wanted to make something that was safe to use for family to provide some relief from the sun. It needed to have an easy application, so the kids could easily use it. I wanted to feel fresh, hydrated and provided something calming to my body. The next day I birthed the All Natural After-Sun Skin Care Spray.
